Jennifer McLeggan's Lesbophobic History

Jennifer McLeggan has a serious history of Lesbophobic and homoantagonistic behaviour.

Jennifer McLeggan, the leader of the West 4B Movement/The Stepping Razor cult, has once again demonstrated her profound contempt for lesbians and her utter disregard for the realities of male violence. In a since-deleted post of one of her YouTube videos, her followers provide nothing but a condescending, compassionless analysis of a lesbian survivor of rape by a transwoman. This isn't some lapse in judgment or a momentary failure of empathy—it is an intentionally cruel and deeply Lesbophobic act that further exposes her as a betrayer of womyn’s liberation. McLeggan’s actions are reveal the rot at the core of movements that claim to fight for women’s rights while actively degrading the most vulnerable among us.

In the video, McLeggan's follower adopts a tone of condescension and mockery, ridiculing the survivor’s trauma response to being raped. This is not just a failure of compassion; it is an active participation in the patriarchal silencing of female people who dare to speak out about male violence. She then pins a comment that derides the survivor as a “pick me”, proceeding to laugh at it, and "love" it. McLeggan's habit of reinforcing the age-old tactic of discrediting and humiliating womyn who challenge male dominance is grotesque. This is not feminism; this is misogyny imitating a liberatory politic.

McLeggan’s behavior is not an isolated incident. It is part of a well-documented pattern of hostility toward Lesbians, who have historically been among the most vocal and courageous opponents of male violence. She has never had any respect or regard for us. Lesbians, by their very existence, challenge the foundations of patriarchal control, and McLeggan’s attacks on them are a reflection of her own complicity in, and allyship with that system.

The so-called West 4B movement, which McLeggan created to envelop herself in a cult of personality, claims to advocate for the liberation of female people from patriarchal oppression. Yet, McLeggan’s mockery of a lesbian survivor exposes her extreme hypocrisy. How can a movement that claims to fight for womyn’s liberation and female self-determination justify the public humiliation of a womin who has been raped? The answer is simple: it cannot. McLeggan’s actions reveal the extent to which the West 4B movement cult has abandoned the principles of radical feminism in favor of performative activism and ideological conformity.

This incident is also a brutal reminder of the broader erasure of lesbians within attempted Feminist spaces. Lesbians, particularly those who speak out about their experiences of male violence, are increasingly marginalized, silenced, and ridiculed. The survivor in McLeggan’s video is not an anomaly; she is one of countless lesbians who have been ostracized and attacked for daring to articulate their experiences. This is not progress; it is a regression to the very patriarchal dynamics that feminism seeks to dismantle. The victim in question, has received so much relentless harassment, that she hid her account from the public. What's the point of a pile on?

She did not reach out to the survivor for comment.

She did not respect the survivor's wishes for privacy.

Worst of all, she purposefully used an unflattering photo paired with an inflammatory title to profit from this Lesbian's tragedy.

McLeggan’s has shown time and time again that she is incapable of empathy, solidarity, or basic human decency when it comes to lesbians. Her moral failings constantly disqualifie her from any position of influence within any Feminist spaces or movements. Survivors of male violence deserve compassion and support, not mockery and derision. McLeggan has proven herself unworthy of their trust and unworthy of the platform she has been given.
